You, the customer, are our Number one priority, and so, we, at PC Hostings provide a 24 Hours Money Back guarantee to those clients who ordered our service and are having any discrepancies with it. Th reason above has to be mentioned, and our qualified technicians will come up with the root of the problem and provide you with a suitable solution. If by any chance, there are discrepancies regarding our product, we ensure a safe and reliable guarantee for the refund of your money, as bound by moral obligation. Transaction & Setup fees will NOT be refunded.

4. Issues concerning third-party software. ( If a 3rd party software or Bot is corrupted or is tampered refund will not be given for that reason, you should contact their support to get it solved.)

*Payments Made With Crypto are non-refundable. 24 hours refund policy is not applied to Invoices paid with Crypto Currencies.

*We strictly does not condone Hacking/ Bruteforcing/ Mass Mailing Tools. They are illegal, and hence clients will not be able to use them with the servers provided by us.

6. If we found any server fault (hardware related), will fix it as soon as can fix it (depend on hardware & holiday).
7. We have mentioned setup time for all products, within setup time, will not accept any claim about server pending or not delivered.

Note 1: If you violate our Terms Of Services, Admin Plan Policy & RDP Usage Rules, no refund will be made at any cost.
Note 2: You’re agreed to our ToS and Refund Policy & Admin Plan Policy during payment, hence paypal / stripe or any other payment mode will also read our Policies and make refunds based on our Refund Policy.
